The Small Print!

• A 15% deposit is required at the time of ordering and the balance is payable once delivery has been arranged.
• The usual delivery time is 6 - 8 weeks, but please note storage facilities are not available. Therefore, delivery must be taken when the sofas are available. If a longer lead time is required, please specify at the time of ordering.
• Prices include delivery throughout the Uk mainland and I.O.W.assuming ground floor access (there may be an additional charge for remote areas and/or difficult access). The delivery is to your porch/doorstep and whilst the delivery men will normally take the goods inside, any damage to product or property is firmly the responsibility of the customer; it is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture will pass freely through doorways. We urge all our customers to consider restricted passages, stairs, awkward corners or turns. Our web site provides the maximum external measurements of all our furniture pieces, stated as height, width and depth. Some pieces have removable arms or unbolt in half to aid delivery; if you think this may be necessary please advise us at the time of ordering. Difficult deliveries or deliveries to upper floors may result in a small surcharge at the time of ordering, but unexpected or unplanned problems may be more costly.
• Colour swatches and samples are available, but should be used as a guide only. Variations in colour and texture may occur.
• A delivery charge of £50 will be added if stools or chairs are purchased alone without a sofa.
